mijnVast (operated by iVisdom, [registered address], Netherlands, KvK: [number]) helps you track subscriptions, insurance, and utility contracts, and sends reminders before they renew. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be old enough to legally agree to these terms in your country.

Document and statement scanning uses AI and can make mistakes: wrong amounts, wrong dates, wrong provider names, or missed charges entirely. Always check what gets filled in before relying on it, especially for anything with real financial consequences.

Reminder emails depend on email delivery working correctly, which isn't always the case. Spam filters, provider outages, and typos in your email address can all cause a reminder to never arrive. Don't treat mijnVast as your only safeguard against missing an important renewal or payment deadline.

Don't try to circumvent usage limits, scrape the service, upload documents you don't have the right to upload, or use the service for anything illegal. We can suspend or terminate accounts that do.

The free plan is free indefinitely for the features it includes. Paid Pro and Unlimited plans are planned but not yet available for purchase. Their exact terms (billing, refunds, cancellation) will be published here before they launch, not assumed from this document.

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, iVisdom isn't liable for financial losses, missed renewals, or damages arising from reliance on AI-extracted data or reminder emails not being delivered.

You can stop using the service at any time. To request account and data deletion, see the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
