mijnVast (operated by iVisdom, Uithoorn, the Netherlands, KVK 80815987) helps you track subscriptions, insurance, and utility contracts, and sends reminders before they renew. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be old enough to legally agree to these terms in your country.

mijnVast uses AI to extract information from documents and statements. It may sometimes get an amount, date, provider or other detail wrong, or miss something entirely. Always review imported information before relying on it.

We do our best to deliver reminders on time, but emails can be delayed, blocked or missed. Do not rely on mijnVast as your only reminder for an important renewal, payment or deadline.

Do not try to circumvent usage limits, scrape the service, upload documents you do not have the right to upload, or use the service for anything illegal. We can suspend or terminate accounts that do.

The free plan is free indefinitely for the features it includes. Paid Pro and Unlimited plans are planned but not yet available for purchase. Their exact terms (billing, refunds, cancellation) will be published here before they launch, not assumed from this document.

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, iVisdom is not liable for financial losses, missed renewals, or damages arising from reliance on AI-extracted data or reminder emails not being delivered.

You can stop using the service at any time. To request account and data deletion, see the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
